Many updates have been done to the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Most of these updates have proven to be good for the game. The new Season 4 update added the new sniper rifle called Rytec AMR. But this update is rife with its own issues. The main issue with the rifle is that the players are unable to choose their default scope.
Infinity Ward has confirmed that a fix is on the way. Many people have reported this issue to the developer. The developer is aware that players are facing and have replied to the fans. Let us see their response.
Call of Duty: When is a fix expected?
The developer replied to a fan on Twitter. They have said that the developers are looking to fix the issue very soon. It can be expected that the issue can be fixed by the next week. The fix will be a part of the weekly update. It usually rolls out on Tuesdays so the fans can expect it by then. But, there is also a chance that it may take longer.
Call of Duty: Not the end of bugs?
This reticle bug is not the only one plaguing the Rytec AMR gun. Players have found another bug for the gun. Some people are unable to upgrade the gun. It is preventing the players from levelling up the gun. They are unable to unlock all of its attachments.
Infinity Ward has not revealed when the fix for this issue will be coming out. But, they have offered a decent workaround for this issue. They have instructed the players to remove all explosive attachments from the gun. This will allow the players to upgrade the gun.
One of the other problems is associated with the power of the gun. It seems that players are not able to pierce the armour of the enemy and kill them. This is even when they are landing headshots. AMR supposed to be one of the most powerful guns. Hence, IW has confirmed that it is also looking on this issue.
All we have to see is whether Rytec Fixes are part of the weekly updates or not.
