If you are also a die-hard fan of X-man franchise and waiting to watch its next up then there is some good news for you. The new mutants which is a thirteenth and final part in X-man universe which has also released recently in theatres is gearing up for its digital release. Release date of the new mutants
The idea of the new mutants was pitched to Simon kimberg in around 2015 and the filming started in 2017, in Boston, Massachusetts. It was originally planned to release in April 2018 but then the makers felt the need for some reshoots and ultimately movie could not release on the scheduled date. Further, as the movie initially belongs to fox studios but after Disney acquired fox, the movie rights also shifted to marvel studios. Later on, in 2020 Josh Boone who is the director of the movie completed the film, not including the reshoots. Finally, on 28th August 2020, the movie premiered in United states in selective theatres. This is so because 2020 has witnessed one of the deadliest infection in the century, many theatres were shut amid the pandemic and lockdown. For the same reasons, it could only make a business of $42 million. Now the film is all set to make it’s premiere digitally on 17th November 2020 on blue-Ray and DVD.
The plotline of the new mutants
The new mutants is a horror fantasy flick whose story is based on a comic written by Josh Boone and his childhood friend knate Lee. It talks about 5 teenagers who are future superheroes and survivors of some sort of tragedy. They are mutants and have got some special superpowers that will be used in the big battle against the demons but they all have some horrible memories of past which keep haunting them simultaneously. It will be interesting to discover what will happen to them? how they will face their dreadful past? what is in their fate?
