Strictly Come Dancing professional Neil Jones has been left devastated after being told he won’t receive a star partner this year, it’s been reported. Neil first joined the show in 2016 but only last year got his first celebrity partner, footballer Alex Scott. Last year saw Nadiya partnered with David James while in 2018 she performed with Blue singer Lee Ryan. Graziano Di Prima last partnered with Vick Hope in 2018 while Nancy Xu joined the professional line up last year. Strictly Come Dancing has confirmed that Neil Jones is one among the four professional dancers who will miss out on getting a star partner in 2020. Executive producer Sarah Jones has revealed that thanks to the show’s restricted deadline, there has had to be a shuffle round the team.

Neil joined the BBC dancing show in 2016 and appeared in group numbers also as on spin-off show, It Takes Two.
Viewers are desperate for him to urge a star partner and their wishes finally came true last year when he pairs with former footballer Alex, 35.
There are many drama during Neil’s four years on the show, as he affects his then-wife and fellow dancer Katya publicly snogging her 2018 celebrity partner Seann Walsh.
The news comes amidst rumours that Neil’s ex Strictly pro-dancer Katya Jones, will be in a high-profile match with Nicola Adams: the show’s first same-sex pairing. The source added: ‘This year he will watch Katya be the center of attention while he sits on the sidelines.’
Strictly Come Dancing’s Neil’s Estrangement:
The couple confirms their split in August last year after six years of marriage. Also, last month he reveals during a new relationship with Colombian dancer Luisa Eu. Meanwhile, while Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood recently suggestes that the show’s infamous ‘curse’ are going to be “more intense” . This year “because they’re during a lockdown situation with each other”.
Thanks to the pandemic, the pairing reveals are going to be a film during a series of “incredible locations”. Instead of happening within the studio as in past years.
